Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the Terms) are an agreement between you and North Sky Digital LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States (RefundHub247, we, us). They apply to the website refundhub247.com, the Market247 mobile app and every service we offer through them (together, the Service).

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclosure and our Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RefundHub247 is an independent introducer and rebate service. We compare trading platforms, give you a referral link to open an account with a platform of your choice, and share with you part of the commission that platform pays us for your trading.

RefundHub247 is not an exchange, a broker, a bank, a payment or money-transmission service, an investment adviser or a custodian. In particular, we:

• do not execute, route or match any trade, and do not offer leverage, margin or any financial product;
• never hold, receive or control your trading funds or crypto assets: your deposits stay with the platform you trade on;
• never ask for your platform password, API keys, seed phrase or private keys;
• do not give investment, legal or tax advice.

Your trading account is a direct relationship between you and the platform, governed by that platform's own terms. The only money RefundHub247 holds for you is the cashback credited to your RefundHub247 balance until you withdraw it.

To open an account you must:

• be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• not be a resident of, or located in, a country where registration is closed. Registration is currently not available in: United States;
• for a service that is closed in your country, not use it there. Services currently closed in specific countries: crypto exchange cashback in Vietnam;
• not be located in any other jurisdiction where using the Service, or trading on the platform you choose, is prohibited by law;
• not be a person subject to sanctions, or acting for one.

Each platform also restricts the countries it serves. You may only open an account with a platform if you are allowed to under its terms and the law where you live. You are responsible for checking that this is the case. Using a VPN, a false address or another person's identity to get around these restrictions is a breach of these Terms, and we may close the account and withhold any balance obtained this way.

We may change the list of restricted countries at any time when laws or platform policies change, and may then close accounts in the affected countries after paying out any legitimate balance where the law allows.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has access.
• Verify your email address; some features, including payouts, require it.

To earn cashback you open an account with a platform through our referral link, then submit the account's UID (or account number) in your dashboard. We check it against the partner report the platform sends us.

• Only accounts the platform attributes to RefundHub247 qualify. Accounts opened without our link, or later moved to another partner, usually do not. Whether an existing account can be re-linked is decided by the platform, not by us.
• A UID can be linked to one RefundHub247 account only. Submit only accounts that belong to you.
• We may reject or remove a linked account if the platform does not confirm it, if the information is wrong, or if we suspect abuse.

Platforms pay us a commission based on your trading, usually a share of the trading fees you pay or an amount per lot traded. We pass on to you the share shown for each platform on our website (for example, “up to 50% of our commission”).

• Cashback depends on what the platform actually pays us. We credit it after we receive and reconcile the platform's partner report, which can be delayed by days or weeks.
• The figures in the platform's report are final unless there is an obvious error. Activity the platform does not pay us for earns no cashback, for example excluded products, zero-fee promotions, or trading the platform treats as abusive (wash trading, self-matching, bonus abuse).
• If a platform reverses or claws back commission already paid to us, we may deduct the related cashback from your balance.
• Rates can change. Changes apply to trading after the change, not to cashback already credited.
• Amounts shown by our calculators and comparison tools are estimates for illustration, not promises.

• You can withdraw your available balance in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to a wallet address you provide. The minimum withdrawal is US$10; current limits are US$5,000 per payout, US$10,000 per day and US$50,000 per month. Any fee is shown before you confirm.
• Payouts are reviewed and sent manually, normally within a few business days. You receive the transaction id (TXID) once sent.
• Check the address carefully. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed; we cannot recover funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
• We may ask for additional information, or delay or refuse a payout, to prevent fraud or to comply with sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules.
• You are responsible for any taxes on the cashback you receive.

You can invite friends with your personal referral link. When a friend you referred earns cashback, we pay you an extra commission on top, without reducing the friend's cashback. Your rate depends on how many referred friends have a verified trading account: 10% (0–9 friends), 15% (10–49 friends), 20% (50–499 friends), 30% (500+ friends).

Referrals must be genuine. Referring yourself or accounts you control, creating fake accounts, spamming, making misleading claims about RefundHub247 or bidding on our brand name in search ads is not allowed, and related referral earnings may be cancelled.

• break any law, or use the Service for money laundering, fraud or to evade sanctions;
• open more than one account, give false information or use someone else's identity;
• get around country restrictions, rate limits or security measures;
• copy, scrape or resell our data at scale, or interfere with the Service or other users;
• post reviews that are fake, paid for, or about platforms you have not used.

Platforms are independent companies. We are not responsible for their services, decisions, outages, account restrictions, withdrawal problems, insolvency or for any loss you suffer when trading with them. Bonuses and promotions shown on our site are offered by the platforms under their own terms.

We publish fee data, rates and other information about platforms in good faith, but it can become outdated. Always check the platform's own website before you trade.

Comparisons, calculators, guides and the market analyses in the Market247 app are general information only. Some analyses are prepared with the help of AI tools. None of it is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and it may contain errors. Read our Risk Disclosure.

The Service, its design, text, software and data belong to RefundHub247 or its licensors. Platform names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their services; their use does not mean the owner endorses RefundHub247.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Withdraw your available balance first: deleting the account permanently erases your balance, linked accounts and history and cannot be undone. An account with a payout in progress cannot be deleted until the payout is completed.

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel cashback or referral earnings obtained through it, if you breach these Terms or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Where we close an account for another reason, we pay out the legitimate available balance unless the law prevents it. We may change or discontinue any part of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any platform will keep paying commission.

To the extent the law allows, RefundHub247 is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss, or for acts and omissions of trading platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the cashback we paid you in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate RefundHub247 for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If that fails, the courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
