RefundHub247 is a cashback and rebate platform for crypto exchanges and forex brokers. When you trade through an account linked to us, part of the trading fees you pay comes back to you.

Exchanges and brokers pay us a partner commission on the fees generated by accounts registered through our links. We share part of that commission with you as cashback, and you can track and withdraw it from your dashboard.

Yes. RefundHub247 is free to use. Your trading fees with the exchange or broker stay the same; the cashback shown is the share you receive.

Availability follows each exchange's or broker's own country restrictions. Check the platform page before signing up.

No. We compare fees and return part of them. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and trading involves risk.

The exchange pays RefundHub247 a partner commission: a share of the trading fees you pay, usually 30% to 50% depending on the exchange. We pass 50% to 70% of that commission on to you. Your cashback rate is the result, for example 40% x 60% = 24% of your trading fees. The rate for each exchange is listed on its page.

It depends on the exchange. Each exchange page lists which products are eligible and the rate for each.

No. Your fee tier is set by the exchange. Cashback is paid separately on top of whatever fees you pay.

No minimum volume is needed to earn cashback. A minimum balance may apply before you can withdraw.

The broker pays RefundHub247 a commission for every standard lot you trade, and we pass 50% to 70% of it on to you. Your rebate is quoted in USD per standard lot and listed for each broker on the forex page.

No. Your spreads and commissions with the broker stay the same; the rebate shown is the amount you receive.

Eligibility differs by broker and account type. Check the broker's row on the forex page before you open an account.

Not always. Brokers may pay different rebates for forex pairs, metals, indices and other instruments, and some instruments may be excluded.

In most cases, yes. Cashback is tracked through accounts opened with our partner link, so a new account registered through that link is the reliable way to qualify.

Only if the exchange or broker allows an existing account to be moved under a partner. Many do not, so check the platform page first.

Open My Accounts in your dashboard, choose the exchange or broker, register through the link shown there, then submit your account UID so we can match it.

We match your UID against the partner report from the exchange or broker. The time depends on how often that platform updates its reports.

Yes. You can connect accounts on several platforms and see the cashback from each one in the same dashboard.

It depends on the platform's payout schedule: daily, weekly or monthly. The schedule for each platform is listed on its page.

After the exchange or broker publishes its partner report and we import it. Once it is credited, it is in your available balance and can be withdrawn.

Cashback is calculated on fees actually paid. Fee discounts, trades on products that are not eligible, and fees paid with exchange tokens can all reduce it.

Yes. Self-referral and abusive trading may void cashback, and so can trades the exchange or broker later reverses.

Open Payouts in your dashboard, choose a payout method, enter the amount and the destination, then submit the request.

Yes. The current minimum and the other payout limits are shown on the Payouts page.

The available methods are listed on the Payouts page when you make a request.

Contact support straight away. A crypto transfer that has already been sent cannot be reversed, so always check the address and network before you submit.

Share your referral link. When someone signs up through it and earns cashback, you receive a commission based on their cashback earnings.

No. Your commission is paid by RefundHub247 and does not come out of the cashback your friend receives.

Your link, your current commission rate and your referred users are on the Referrals page in your dashboard.

No. Self-referral is not allowed and may void both the commission and the cashback.

We only need your account UID to match your trading fees. We never ask for your exchange password or for withdrawal access to your trading account.

No. Your funds stay in your own exchange or broker account. We cannot trade or withdraw on your behalf.

No. Linking an account for cashback works with your UID. Do not share API keys with withdrawal permission with anyone.

Open Settings in your dashboard and choose Delete Account. Withdraw your available balance first, because deletion cannot be undone.
